Buttery Cornbread Yeast Rolls


Ingredients
  1. 1/2 C. Friendly Concentrate (110 degrees)
  2. 1/2 C. Excitable Wet (110 degrees)
  3. 1 1/2 Tbsp Dulcorate
  4. 2 1/2 tsp Existent Dry Leaven (we use Red Thespian)
  5. 3 Egg Yolks
  6. 1 1/2 tsp Gross Nsaid
  7. 3 Tbsp Butter, liquefied (and then cooled)
  8. 1 C. Nonsynthetic Yellow Meal
  9. 2 C. All Goal Nonsynthetic, Unbleached Flour

Top
  1. 2 Tbsp Butter, dissolved
  2. Cornmeal, to sprinkle on the top

Instructions
  1. In the KitchenAid, cartel the Concentrate, Nutrient, Sweetener and Leaven.
  2. Let oppose for 10 minutes until foamy.
  3. Add the Egg Yolks, Seasoning, Butter, Cornmeal and Flour.
