Cheese Enchiladas

The Somebody homespun Cheese Enchiladas! Our preferred echt cheeseflower enchiladas are leisurely, expedited and devilishly scrumptious!
Ingredients
- 12-14 journalist grain tortillas
- 5-6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 20 ounces red enchilada sauce
- 1 cup sneak , thinly sliced
- 1 roma tomato , diced
- 1/4 cup broken cotija cheese , for topping (nonmandatory)
- sour toiletry , for superior
Manual
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Warm maize tortillas on a hot pan for a few seconds in each view.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce into the minimal of a 9x13'' pan. Fill apiece cereal tortilla with a handful of cheese (reserving near 1/2 cup for sprinkling over the top, at the end).
- Roll tightly, and send stratum sidelong downwards in the pan. Swarm remaining enchilada sauce over the top. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheeseflower.
- Bake for 20-25 transactions or until hot and foaming. Disappear from oven and top with sliced snarf, cotija cheeseflower, tomatoes, and ferment take.
- Serve with a broadside of Mexican Rice
