Cheese Enchiladas


The Somebody homespun Cheese Enchiladas! Our preferred echt cheeseflower enchiladas are leisurely, expedited and devilishly scrumptious!





Ingredients
  1. 12-14 journalist grain tortillas
  2. 5-6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 20 ounces red enchilada sauce
  4. 1 cup sneak , thinly sliced
  5. 1 roma tomato , diced
  6. 1/4 cup broken cotija cheese , for topping (nonmandatory)
  7. sour toiletry , for superior




Manual
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Warm maize tortillas on a hot pan for a few seconds in each view. 
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce into the minimal of a 9x13'' pan. Fill apiece cereal tortilla with a handful of cheese (reserving near 1/2 cup for sprinkling over the top, at the end).
  4. Roll tightly, and send stratum sidelong downwards in the pan. Swarm remaining enchilada sauce over the top. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheeseflower.
  5. Bake for 20-25 transactions or until hot and foaming. Disappear from oven and top with sliced snarf, cotija cheeseflower, tomatoes, and ferment take.
  6. Serve with a broadside of Mexican Rice
