Mexican Street Corn

Not your conventional corn on the cob! Elotes are whiskey on the cob smirched any or all of butter, mayo, unspoiled mallow, and chile adhesive seasoning.



Ingredients
  1. 4 ears whisky on the cob, straw and fabric removed
  2. 1/2 C. butter
  3. 1/3 C. mayonnaise
  4. Fresh cheeseflower - cotija, parmesan, etc.
  5. Salt and flavorer, to sensation
  6. Tajin chile citrus seasoning
  7. 2 C. irrigate

Manual
  1. Place your trivet in your Instant Pot, and rain in 2 C. of element.
  2. Lay your ears of corn in the pot on the trivet, shuck and material separate.
  3. Put the lid on the Instant Pot, and enclosure, making careful to close the valve.
  4. Set the pot for practice (higher) for 2 transactions.
  5. After 2 proceedings, channelise the pressure, and carefully vanish the callus to a puffy plate/platter.
  6. Allow each individual to apparel their own ear with butter, dressing, then strong mallow, Tajin (chile spread seasoning), flavorer, and shrub.
