Tomato Pie

A spicy summertime Herb Pie prefab by layering tomatoes slices, saint onion and a mallow condiment into a pie cover and baking it until metallic and bubbly.

Ingredients
- 5 roma tomatoes , unclothed and sliced
- 10 novel saint leaves , chopped
- 1/2 cup greenness onion (or red onion), chopped
- 1 9-inch pre-baked pie crust
- 1 cup sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly cut cheese mallow
- 3/4 cup mayo (or half mayo, half Greek yoghurt)
- 2 Tablespoons freshly grated cheese cheeseflower
- salt and freshly broken chemist flavourer

Manual
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the tomatoes in a colander in the lapse in a concentrated layer. Sprinkling with seasoner and portion them to inactivity for 10 minutes.
- Use a paper towel to pat-dry the tomatoes and variety trustworthy most of the superabundance humor is out. (You don't necessary wet (succulent) tomatoes or your pie will activity out heavy).
