Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil , melted
- 1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1/3- cup light brown sugar
- 1/4- cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Gently oil a 2-quart hot dish with cookery spray. Set divagation.
