A yummy way to use up that end of summer whiskey, this Mexican Street Corn salad is perfect on it's own or awful as a superior on your loved tacos.
My favourite way to urinate this Mexican Street Corn Salad it is by charring up several ears of grain on the frame. After the maize is grilled, let them composed and slicing them off for this crispy callus salad. Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
- 6 ears of sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Take kernels from corn using acute stab
- Warming butter in skillet over medium superior warmth
- Add corn kernels and cooked until soft and slightly charred, some 5 transactions
