Garlic-Mustard Grilled Beef Skewers



INGREDIENTS

  2. 1 beef tenderloin (2 lbs), halved and cut into 1-inch slices

  4. Garlic-Mustard Glaze, recipe follows

  6. 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  7. ¼ cup grainy mustard
  8. 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  9. 2 tsp Spanish paprika
  10. ¼ tsp kosher salt
  11. ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  12. 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  13. 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  14. 1 Tbsp honey
