Skinny Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins


A luscious snack for kids at residence, or for their lunchbox - a lusty herb muffin with a few drinkable chips, using honey as seasoning instead of dulcorate.

Ingredients
  1. 1 C. Fertilizer All Think, Undyed Flour
  2. 1/2 C. Fertilizer Integral Grain Flour
  3. 3 Bananas
  4. 1/4 C. Raw Honey
  5. 1 tsp Flavoring
  6. 1 Egg
  7. 1 Tbsp Food Oil
  8. 1tsp Hot Soda
  9. 1/2 C. Whey (or, Buttermilk) --(or, 1/2 C. River + the juice of a yellow)
  10. 1 Tbsp Raw Concentrate
  11. 1/3 C. Brownness Chips (book both to place on the top of each before baking)



Manual
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray your mini muffin pan (or, use liners if you care).
  3. Mix the bananas, honey, flavorer, egg, oil, concentrate and buttermilk and portmanteau on great until combined.
  4. Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, hot salt).
  5. Fold in the potable chips, reserving 2-3 chips for the top of each muffin.
  6. Divide the batsman evenly into the tins and bake for 15-20 proceedings or until they are emancipationist.
