  • 1 cup / 150g / 5oz chicken thighs (boneless, skinless), cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 4 cups (packed) Chinese broccoli, leaves separated from stems (cut stems vertically into thin sticks)
